She combines warmth and honesty with practical strategies, helping you dig deep, heal, grow, and thrive. Rana is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which can often be incorporated into session to aid clients in further processing trauma from their past.

Using her lived experiences, Rana provides a culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their healing and growth.

Therapy with Rana isn’t just about processing the past—it’s about building the tools and self-awareness needed to move forward with confidence and clarity.

  • Kelby is a relational therapist who specializes in supporting business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders navigating high-pressure roles. Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen not by bypassing pain, but by moving through it with support, clarity, and intention. She helps clients step out of survival mode, understand themselves more deeply, and shift long-standing patterns that are impacting leadership, relationships, and wellbeing.

Kelby blends emotional insight with strategic, solution-focused care—bringing a grounded, direct, and empowering style to therapy. Her work draws on evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment theory. For clients who desire it, she offers spiritually-integrated support, such as guided meditation and prayer.

Her goal is to help leaders show up with confidence, healthy boundaries, and a more connected, authentic version of themselves—in business and in life.

Kelby is currently only accepting clients who live in Arizona.

  • Maria Martin is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arizona who specializes in supporting adults navigating the challenges of everyday life—especially those who were taught to push through, stay strong, or keep emotions to themselves. She works with men and women of all backgrounds, with a particular strength in connecting with blue-collared men who want support that feels real, straightforward, and judgment-free.

Maria helps clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface—stress, anger, burnout, anxiety, or that feeling of being “off” but not sure why. Her approach is grounded, practical, and collaborative. She focuses on helping people talk about what they feel, strengthen relationships, and show up more fully in their lives at work, at home, and within themselves.

Her work draws on evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, and she takes a holistic view of well-being that includes emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health. Above all, Maria meets clients with authenticity, empathy, and no judgment—offering a space where people can think, feel, and heal at their own pace.

If you’ve been feeling stuck or disconnected, Maria’s goal is simple: to help you make sense of what’s going on and start moving forward with clarity and confidence.

What is the format & cost per session?

Sessions range from $140-$180 per 50 minute appointment depending on which therapist you see. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.

All therapy sessions at Burrow & Bloom are currently virtual, so we can meet from the comfort of your home! We are currently only able to meet with clients who reside in the state of Arizona.

Individual Sessions are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise specified. Half sessions & double sessions can both be accommodated.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network providers so we are not in-network with any insurance companies. However, some people have more out-of-network benefits than they realize when it comes to mental health!

We recommend prospective clients call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask the following questions:

  1.  Does your plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?

  2.  What is your annual deductible for mental health benefits?

  3.  What is your co-insurance? (What percentage does the plan cover?)

  4.  Is there a limit on the number of sessions your plan will cover per year?

It is also helpful to find out how you can submit your Super Bills to your insurance, which Burrow & Bloom automatically provides for all clients via email on a monthly basis.

What availability do you offer? Do you have a cancellation policy?

Burrow & Bloom is open Monday-Friday, offering a variety of booking options, including after-school/after-work hours. Occasionally, weekend sessions are also offered depending on the therapist you’re seeing. Please inquire if interested!

We require 24-hours notice for cancellations in order to avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee.
