Meet Rana!

Fouder of Burrow & Bloom, Rana is a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who understands what it’s like for those in the Gen Z population to navigate life’s ups and downs in today’s world.

Rana is a Licensed Professional Therapist in the state of Arizona who graduated with her Masters from Pepperdine University in 2022. As an Arab-American, she draws from her lived cultural experiences to create a deeper understanding of her client’s identity, family dynamics, and generational influences.

  • Therapy with Rana is nothing like the outdated stereotypes you’ve seen in the movies— the stiff couch, awkward silences, and blank slate therapist. As a modern Gen Z Therapist, Rana shows up as her real, professional self, creating a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.

Rana brings warmth, empathy, and even a sense of humor into sessions— while also keeping it real giving you the honest feedback you need (with kindness, of course).

  • Rana’s approach to therapy is modern, direct, and rooted in real conversations that lead to meaningful change. She combines warmth and honesty with practical strategies, helping you dig deep, heal, grow, and thrive. Rana is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which can often be incorporated into session to aid clients in further processing their past.

Using her lived experiences, Rana provides a culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their healing and growth.

Therapy with Rana isn’t just about processing the past—it’s about building the tools and self-awareness needed to move forward with confidence and clarity.

  • Rana works with highly motivated, high-functioning young adults who may be struggling with the negative effects of their childhood trauma.

Rana’s ideal client is someone navigating the lasting impact of their upbringing—whether they were the child of divorced parents, took on the role of the parentified daughter, or now, as an adult, struggle with a decreased sense of self due to past trauma rearing its head.

They may find themselves feeling lost in early adulthood, trying to establish their identity while carrying the weight of their past experiences.

Prospective clients likely want to explore their emotions, build self-trust, improve their relationships, and develop the tools needed to step into a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Meet Kelby!

Originally from the Chicago area and now thriving in the desert, Kelby is a therapist who offers a compassionate space for women and teen girls to explore healing, self-worth, and personal growth. She believes in the power of honest connection, gentle support, and room to grow at your own pace.

  • Therapy with Kelby is supportive, collaborative, and real. She shows up as her authentic, professional self—offering a safe space where clients can drop the mask and be fully themselves.

Kelby is deeply compassionate, but not passive. She brings a grounded, honest energy to her work—naming what she notices with care, and offering the kind of insight that invites clarity and change, not shame or pressure. Clients often describe her as both gentle and direct, with a calming presence that helps them feel safe while doing brave work.

  • Kelby’s approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible—not by bypassing pain, but by moving through it with support. She works to help clients understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their inner strength, and shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve them.

Her practice draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), inner child work, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment theory. For clients who desire it, she offers spiritually-integrated care, including guided meditation and prayer.

  • Kelby works best with women and teen girls who are ready to go deeper—not just to talk about what’s hard, but to truly work toward healing. Her ideal client may be holding the weight of early trauma, stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, self-sabotage, or shame, and wondering if change is really possible.

Whether you’re struggling with self-worth, anxiety, relationship patterns, or emotional disconnection, Kelby helps you reconnect with your inner voice, build emotional resilience, and begin living in alignment with who you truly are.
